Description of work:

Remodeling of the NUJ Secretariat building including Completion of the Ground Floor, Construction of a New Gate House and associated external works.
The Project covers all aspects of Engineering: Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works.
The building is on a floor area of approximately 520 square meters.

It houses the Nigerian Union of Journalists, FCT Council for their office and press center.
