Description of work:

• Construction of a 28.5m high zoned earth-fill dam of 2.60km crest length with a reservoir capacity of 186 million m³ in order to supply water to the water treatment plant of Zaria City.

• Irrigation of 2,500 Hectares of farmland.

• Supply of water to power a hydro-electric power generation of up to 2.5Mw
